The role is responsible for leading the development of content across Lazada’s social channels through data-driven, engaging social media marketing strategies, driving preference for the Philippines’ #1 e-commerce lifestyle destination. This role will be reporting to the Social Content Strategy Manager, who reports to the Chief Marketing Officer
• Drive a cohesive strategy to continuously build on Lazada’s leadership in social media, with a focus on media planning, consumer insights, and competitive monitoring
• Develop and ensure overall strategy leads to the achievement of targets for interactions, reach, and fan base growth
• Drive ideation, research, and creation of content that will improve engagement, brand affinity, and positive sentiment
• Support internal stakeholders and key partners to ensure best-in-class practices are employed to deliver high-quality work within the strategy, budget, and deadlines
• Develop and implement a competitive monitoring plan across social channels
• Manage and coordinate with creative content agencies from ideation to execution, ensuring that desired deliverables and objectives are met

• Develop and implement a follower and engagement growth plan, plus competitive monitoring for assigned social media channels
• Drive ideation, research, and creation of content that will improve engagement, brand affinity, and positive sentiment
• Support internal stakeholders and key partners to ensure best-in-class practices are employed to deliver high-quality work that’s within the strategy, budget, and deadlines
• Lead an internal team to ensure content output meets brand goals and objectives
• Manage and coordinate with creative agencies from ideation to execution to post-campaign reports, ensuring that desired deliverables and objectives are met
• Track and monitor content performance; responsible for post-campaign analysis and for establishing benchmarks and repeatable models for success
• Coordinate with both internal and external teams, improving workflow to increase efficiencies within the collaborating cross-functional teams
