Your Role

• Provide forecasts, insights, and recommendations for main KPIs (social usage penetration, engagement rate, and retention rate) for the User Growth team
• Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks
• Design and maintain reports integral for daily business operations
• Critique current operating procedures and provide change recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency
• Scope, plan, and execute a project plan to launch social growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for social growth activities
• On the social growth mechanics end-to-end
• Understand social growth mechanics holistically – its rationale, value, design, and impact through data analyses, research writing, and solution proposals
• Manage social growth mechanics and modules – its processes, operations, development, marketing, finances, and performance
• Being a thought partner, and a collaborator
• Be a strong collaborator with local and regional teammates and stakeholders to drive user growth
• Work as a thought partner with other teams to engage in areas of opportunities that will contribute to user growth goals and related initiatives

About You

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field of study
• Exposure and experience in organizational activities (within or outside of college), and/or internships
• Creative, analytical, and driven as a collaborator and as a leader
• Have a strong affinity towards nation building and contributing value
• Have high attention to detail and critical of processes
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
