Your role 

The role will own and contribute to specific User Growth (from sign-up to loyalty) initiatives, projects, and programs. It is a complex stakeholder management role that requires decision-making, ownership, and grit.

Insights and steering

• Provide forecasts, insights, and recommendations for main KPIs for the User Growth team
• Conduct competitive analyses and benchmarks
• Design and maintain reports integral for daily business operations
• Critique current operating procedures and provide change recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency

Project management

• Scope, plan, and execute a project plan to launch Growth initiatives
• Develop and maintain operating procedures for Growth activities

Being a thought partner, and a collaborator

• Be a strong collaborator with local and regional teammates and stakeholders to drive user growth
• Work as a thought partner with other teams to engage in areas of opportunities that will contribute to user growth goals and related initiatives

About You

• 4-year degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field of study
• At least 2 years of experience working in Tech or Consulting; eCommerce is a plus
• Fresh Graduates with exposure and experience in organizational activities (within or outside of college), and/or internships
• Working experience in project management or product management with cross-functional project management experience: Forecasting, planning, budget management, risk management, and complex stakeholder management.
