Your role

IWG Philippines is offering an internship opportunity for finance students to contribute to their team specializing in financial management, taxes, and compliance, based in BGC, Taguig, Philippines.

As an HR Intern you will have the following responsibilities:

• Assisting with training sessions and presentations
• Generating reports and conduct data reviews and clean-ups
• Validating HR data and resources
• Creating content using design tools for company-wide announcements
• Supporting onsite HR-led engagement activities
• Processing SSS R1A forms and other statutory requirements
• Participating in general employee onboarding practices
• Providing weekly team updates and rollouts

About you

To be considered, candidates must possess the requisite skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or similar fields of study.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
