Responsibilities:

  • Properly qualify and validate leads developing opportunities in prospects to be handed off to the sales team.
  • Validate and drill down important sales details regarding prospects and leads for cloud portfolio.
  • Create a superior prospect experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales.
  • Source databases to be able to derive new prospects.
  • Run marketing campaigns and non-campaign activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related field.
  • At least one (1) year working experience in teleselling or two (2) years in telemarketing preferably in the IT industry. Fresh graduates of IT-related courses are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in
  • conversation.
  • Fast learner and creative thinker.
