Responsibilities:
- Properly qualify and validate leads developing opportunities in prospects to be handed off to the sales team.
- Validate and drill down important sales details regarding prospects and leads for cloud portfolio.
- Create a superior prospect experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales.
- Source databases to be able to derive new prospects.
- Run marketing campaigns and non-campaign activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related field.
- At least one (1) year working experience in teleselling or two (2) years in telemarketing preferably in the IT industry. Fresh graduates of IT-related courses are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers in
- conversation.
- Fast learner and creative thinker.

Cons
The pay scale is not up to par with other IT-based professions within the industry.
I believe that by engaging in more diverse and complex tasks, I can grow more quickly.
Inconsistent work expectations due to people having differing standards.
Nothing, except for the distance from home, which is more of a personal issue.
The room is spacious, the location is commuter-friendly, and the facilities are relatively old in comparison.
