Responsibilities
- On-site diagnosis, isolation, and assessment of computer-related technical problems; troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of PCs, laptops, and printers.
- Answer/assist customer queries or other IT concerns.
Qualifications
- A degree holder; associate; diploma in any computer-related course.
- Preferably (1) year of working experience in hands-on technical support, in an IT or related industry.
- Above average communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, provided with related exposure during an internship.

We only report 9 hours of working a day, 5 days a week being under a compressed workweek schedule.
Cons
The pay scale is not up to par with other IT-based professions within the industry.
I believe that by engaging in more diverse and complex tasks, I can grow more quickly.
Inconsistent work expectations due to people having differing standards.
Nothing, except for the distance from home, which is more of a personal issue.
The room is spacious, the location is commuter-friendly, and the facilities are relatively old in comparison.
