Your role

Some exciting stuff you will do:

• Gain basic knowledge of internal tools and platform features to mitigate delivery issues and maintain the coverage of channels on our platform.
• Update basic (SMPP & SIP) connection's technical parameters.
• Troubleshoot common issues on channel, platform, or product level.
• Learn how to maintain regional strategies to achieve the highest quality and profitability.
• Implement prefix updates and changes in our infrastructure to achieve complete and correct coverage with assistance from senior members.

About you

• Final-year undergraduate student seeking academic internship or on-the-job training (OJT)
• Educational background in electrical, electronics & communications engineering, or equivalent fields
• Aspiration to become an engineer with expertise in both technical and business aspects of IT solutions
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to work at least twice a week from the office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
