Your role

Some exciting stuff you will do:

• Gain basic knowledge of internal tools and platform features to mitigate delivery issues and maintain the coverage of channels on our platform.
• Troubleshoot common issues on channel, platform, or product level.
• Learn how to maintain regional strategies to achieve the highest quality and profitability.
• Implement prefix updates and changes in our infrastructure to achieve complete and correct coverage with assistance from senior members.
• Update basic (SMPP & SIP) connection's technical parameters.

About you

• A final-year undergraduate seeking an academic internship or on-the-job training (OJT) position at a global corporation.
• Possess a background in engineering, electronics, and communications, or a related discipline.
• See yourself as an engineer who can comprehend the commercial as well as the technical aspects of IT solutions.
• Strong communication skills
• Can work from the office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, at least twice a week
