The position will support VAS (Value-Added Services) operations and BAU (Business As Usual) transactions of the department involving but not limited to reporting of enrollment, billing and invoices validation, reporting and settlement, and claims validation/escalation.
About The Job
What Youโll Do:
- Manages enrollment of customers to respective service providers through reporting and other requirements
- Validates billing, invoices and other payment related transactions
- Provide support for product rollout process, pilot preparation and back-office activities
- Handle creation, maintenance and validation of related reports
- Cooperate with other departments to resolve identified gaps in process
- Ensure that all product documentation and process maps are up to date
- Monitor claims performance on a daily basis and conduct necessary follow up to Service Providers for the release and processing
What You Need To Have:
- At least 2 years of work experience
- Experience in billing, payments, and reporting
- Proficient in Excel

Pros
Everyone is so supportive and I'm grateful for their trust in me which gives me the confidence in my work.
The work-life balance here is great. It emphasizes flexibility, which helps me manage my time effectively.
What I can say in HC is they really live up to their tagline 'No small roles, everyone is important.
The bootcamp was a great help in adapting to the work environment, with sessions and a project simulating our future work setup.
HC is very output based... you just have to make sure that you're doing your job correctly.
Cons
The thing I like the least about working in my company is when colleagues micromanage me.
The distance from my home to the office takes me around 2 to 3 hours of travel time.
Sometimes I have tight deadlines and it can be stressful, but it helped me improve my skills.
Our office is clean and very conducive for work. However, I feel like it no longer fits us all.
Not so much, occasionally having weekend duty and night activity.
