Your role
- Support day-to-day HR operations for Global Payroll training, communication, and coordination.
- Assist in administering Global Payroll training programs and communication strategies, including planning, execution, project implementation, feedback collection, and workshop documentation.
- Participate in various internal process improvements, communication initiatives, and projects related to Global Payroll.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery and communication practices across the global payroll function.
About you
Your skills:
- Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts, or other related courses.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Adobe InDesign / Adobe Premier for basic design and video development tasks.
- Strong design skills with the ability to create visually appealing materials.
- Proficient in both verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic copywriting skills for crafting engaging and informative content.
- Must be able to organize, manage multiple projects, and execute key deliverables within required timeframes.
- Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
- Must be able to render at least four (4) months of on-the-job training or internship.
