Your Role

• Develop desktop procedures for Global Dayforce Application Support
• Compile solution blueprints for finished projects
• Review and analyze existing documented processes
• Identify and document Project HarMoney Reporting requirements
• Assist in updating and consolidating solution designs
• Collaborate with team on documenting processes and procedures
• Provide support for Global Dayforce Application projects and initiatives

About You

To apply for this role, you need to have the following eligibility criteria:

• Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resources, Organizational Development or other related courses
• Preferably with prior internship experience in Human Resources field
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required
• Proficiency in creating process and solution design documentation
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders; Ability to analyze defects critically
• Must be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set up (combination of work from home and onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati) and report for at least three hundred (300) on-the-job training hours
