Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the Quality and Continuous Improvement team in developing automation tools for other department.
  • Responsible for creating automation tools using MS Excel and SharePoint.
  • Responsible for ensuring automation projects proceed according to the planned timeline and prevent delay.
  • Responsible for conducting tool scoping sessions with other departments for their automation needs.
  • Responsible for accomplishing tasks as directed by supervisor(s) to support processes/operations in compliance with Henkel's internal guidelines, rules and regulations.
     

Qualification

  • Must be an Undergraduate Student currently enrolled in a college/university studying Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Skills in development and automation using SharePoint and VBA Macros is highly preferred.
  • Proficient in English communication and skilled in Project Management and Presentations.
  • Must be self-driven and a critical thinker.
  • Should be able to provide a signed Memorandum of Agreement, Endorsement Letter, and Medical Certificate from the college or university.
