Your role

  • Monitors the unvisited orders under her area of responsibility thru review of unvisited orders and close collaboration with FO counterpart/ contractors.

  • Manages the delayed orders under her area of responsibility thru data analysis and collaboration with other support groups (NOC, NFO, OSP, DRM, etc).

  • Analyze reasons for delay through root cause analysis.

  • Re-dispatch orders to contractors once reasons for the delay have been resolved. Re-assign appointment booking.

  • Ensures that delayed orders are properly queued to the correct support group. Follow up on those delayed orders queued to support group proactively and incessantly.

  • Ensure cancellation of invalid orders through monitoring and proper coordination with the concerned group. 

  • Collaborate with another support group to ensure the resolution of delayed orders.

  • As a result of data analysis, review of pending orders, initiate business process alignment, and areas for improvement that would help reduce installation and repair fallouts.

Training, development & rotations

Of the total Learning & Development budget, the company invested approximately P8.3 million in Newton, an online learning platform that provides employees access to a wide range of eCourses which they may take at their own pace and time to support their professional development.
