Your role

Analyzes the work order to determine specific requirements. Requests needed equipment from asset custodians. Coordinates with different groups on the availability of clients and resources. Installs and test equipment on client premises. Secures acceptance from client and turns over equipment. Leads implementation with contractors to fulfill work orders. Executes service restorations. Conducts preventive maintenance on assigned circuits by recommending solutions to Service Level Management on the type of maintenance to be performed.

Training, development & rotations

Globe has invested more than P63 million in the learning and development of its over 8,000 employees through Globe University. Of the total Learning & Development budget, the company invested approximately P8.3 million in Newton, an online learning platform that provides employees access to a wide range of eCourses which they may take at their own pace and time to support their professional development.
