Who is Natasha?
Since I was a child, I’ve always loved performing—whether it was singing, dancing, or acting, I was always at the forefront of every event or competition. Known as the "Bibo Kid," I was eager to entertain and engage with people. During my high school years, I was actively involved in various organizations, including Citizen's Army Training (CAT) and our school’s Student Government, where I further developed my leadership and communication skills. This passion for connecting with others, expressing myself, and sharing my emotions through performance and collaboration shaped my path and led me to choose Marketing as my college course.
While pursuing my studies in college, I worked as an ESL tutor and a jazz drummer at a hotel, which allowed me to help my family in my own little way. Despite the challenges, I was determined to achieve academic success and graduated from SPCBA with academic distinction. While many of my batchmates were still waiting for graduation, I was already applying for jobs. Through persistence and hard work, I found myself joining the Gardenia family.
What’s your role at Gardenia like?
At Gardenia, my role goes beyond creating compelling campaigns; it’s about making meaningful connections and sharing our purpose through storytelling, copywriting, and producing relatable advertising materials to ensure that Gardenia’s message connects with our different target audiences. As a Public Relations Assistant, I get to contribute in sharing our brand's story, not only to increase sales but to show how Gardenia is committed to serving the community. I’ve had the privilege of writing articles that cover our CSR initiatives, such as bread donations during calamities, free nutrition lectures for schools and private sectors, tree planting activities, and energy and waste management efforts. Through my write-ups, I also get the chance to share the good qualities and benefits of our products so consumers may become well-informed.
Beyond that, I get to share insights on healthy eating habits, creative ways to enjoy our products, and the many nutritional benefits they offer. It’s fulfilling to know that my work not only informs but also educates and encourages people to make better food choices. And lastly, I play a role in connecting with, building, and sustaining meaningful partnerships with influencers and media partners.
My role revolves around amplifying Gardenia's mission of serving best-quality products to Filipinos across the country. It's about building a brand that resonates with people, not just through our products but through our actions.
