Your role & responsibilities

The Sales Operations Associate works closely with the principal designer to accomplish daily operational tasks and responsibilities. Organized, efficient, and personable, they are relied on to ensure Focus Global’s sales accounts are monitored and continuously kept track of.

• Maintains the Management Information System
• Provides assistance in showroom sales
• Monitors clients and documentary files
• Encodes and processes orders in the system
• Manages daily run-through of tasks, monitors account progress and ensures key deadlines are met
• Coordinates with internal and external parties to accomplish account requirements
• Checks implementation of SOPs related to the sales process

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in any business-related course
• Google Workspace proficient (GDocs, GSheets, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly personable and creative
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Amenable to having a 5-day work week with flexibility to work on weekends
