Your role & responsibilities

A successful Inventory Reconciliation Associate is a trustworthy professional with exemplary record-keeping and analytical abilities.

You shall be expected to:

• Conduct actual physical counts in the warehouse and retail stores on a regular basis
• Check stock condition and stock level
• Analyze stock movement and inventory level
• Prepare inventory-related reports for management's reference in decision-making

About you

The following basic requirements will help you in becoming successful in this position:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Inventory Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting or Accounting Technology, or any related course from a reputable university.
• Has practical experience implementing process improvements including root cause analysis (for example, using the Lean Six Sigma methodology)
• Technical computer skills in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel and other advanced skills (formulas, macros)

Preferred but not required

• Basic programming (scripting languages such as Python, and JavaScript; bonus for web programming or iOS / Android programming)
• Project management tools (e.g. Asana, Airtable)
• Warehouse storage optimization and inventory tracking systems (e.g. ASRS - Automated Storage and Retrieval System, IBM Maxima, etc.)
• Hardware used for inventory (e.g. using RFID tags to tag and track items)
