Your role

• Welcoming of VIP guests and clients upon entering the building lobby
• Acquiring initial requirements/information of clients
• Assisting guests and clients in accessing elevators/facility or showroom/office of the destination
• Providing a brief introduction regarding the showroom and the brands when necessary
• Endorsement of clients to the department or employee concerned.
• Assisting designers with client information, quotation entry, and other related tasks as necessary
• Performing administrative tasks related to client monitoring/tracking
• Handling and directing external calls to appropriate individuals and departments.
• Coordination with Facilities and Maintenance team for general upkeep of the showroom

About you

• Preferably a graduate of HRM / Tourism from a reputable university
• With a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
• Possesses professional maturity to handle VIP guests and clients
• With good customer service skills
• With good organization and coordination skills
• Must be willing to work at The Fort, BGC, Taguig City
• Must be willing to work on Weekends, 6 days a week
