Your role

  • Project Management: Assigns projects accordingly which includes determining scope, and difficulty and matching that with resources available Guides team members and monitors progress to communicate with other stakeholders. Ensure that all enhancements/new contents released are of high quality and delivered on time.​​​​​

  • Team/People Management: Provides enough support for members to be able to accomplish tasks; Keeps team members’ morale high. Ensure that team members are productive and satisfied.

  • Communication with client-facing stakeholders (sales/consulting): Provides sales/consulting people with clear and timely answers. Ensure that sales/consulting get enough help they need.

  • Stakeholder Management: Leverages relationships with other cross-functional groups to deliver better product enhancements. Ensure that inputs from relevant stakeholders are considered.

  • Hire new team members.
