Performance Improvement services where EY provides independent service and the preparation towards service improvement to our clients where EY services can be used by our clients to build confidence and systematic process with their customers, the general market/public, key stakeholders or when regulatory (by law or oversight) or contractually required. Engagements focus on performance improvement and/or evaluation of IT systems and the mitigation of IT-related business. Engagements are SAP/EA/IBM advisory in nature and vary considerably in size and complexity. 

The Opportunity

All of our services whether IT or advisory in nature are designed for the dual purpose of strengthening internal processes and, in so doing, helping to improve IT and business performance. 

Your key responsibilities:

Provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures, especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues. Work with the team and the client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and addresses the performance improvement needs in the engagement 

Brief the engagement team on the client's IT environment and industry IT trends. Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations 

Use extensive knowledge of the client's business/industry to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client's business. 

Skills and attributes for success:

• Basic Knowledge as an IT auditor or IT risk adviser for a public accounting firm, a professional services firm, or within the industry 
• Basic Knowledge of application and IT general controls on various applications, networks, operating systems (OS) and databases such as  Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008, Microsoft SQL Server,  Red Hat Linux, HP-UNIX, Oracle, SAP, Solaris and Mainframe.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills 

To qualify, you must have:

• A degree in business, MIS, finance, computer science, information systems, Industrial engineering, or a related discipline
• Must be amenable to work in McKinley Hill, Taguig City
