2022 IT Associate (Start ASAP)

Provide IT hardware and software support for Entrego to have business continuity especially in operations. IT Associates monitor and maintain the computer systems and network of Entrego and maintain its current connection reliability to build if not increase productivity of every employee including vendor partners.

Critical Accountabilities:

• Maintain if not increase employee productivity through IT support services.
  • IT Hardware troubleshooting
  • Software installation
  • IT policy enforcement
  • IT services SLA commitment
  • Network installation and configuration
• Create a self-sufficient IT environment
  • Create a knowledge base and train users for basic IT troubleshooting
  • Perform IT support within given SLA to avoid employee unproductivity
• Support all IT projects that will achieve company imperatives
  • Maintain a 90% completion rate within SLA from the IT ticketing system. Monitor backlogs and reporting of IT projects within scope
  • Maintain enough IT equipment backup

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
• Open to fresh graduate, but experience in the field is an advantage
• Knowledge in software and hardware troubleshooting
