2022 Business Intelligence Analyst II (Start ASAP)

This role exists to provide data solutions to business problems by using data in the form of dashboards, extracts, or analysis in order to provide guidance on the stakeholder / business decisions.  Responsible for making sure that data presented to stakeholders are relevant and actionable.  The role is active in supporting stakeholders to ensure success and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop reports and create dashboards to provide actionable insights using data
• Create analytical data models and do data querying (i.e. joins)
• Collaborate with different teams to understand data flow and process
• Perform descriptive analysis to identify trends and insights and present to key stakeholders

Job Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of any STEM or business bachelor’s degree
• Has at least 1 to 2 years of data analytics experience
• Has at least 1 year experience in using any visualization tool but preferably Tableau (i.e. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview, Cognos, Excel)
• Has at least 1 year experience in using data management and data querying using SQL (Postgresql, MS SQL, SQL Server Management)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze big data and present to stakeholders
• Problem-solving and critical thinking mindset
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in python (Pandas, Numpy) is a plus
