My accounts are in a different timezone so I start later but apart from meetings my work is very output based so I can do things in my own time to some fair degree

More often than not i have overtime work and work on weeekends

Very flexible as long as you get the job done. Need to work longer hours sometimes to get work done on important days.

Should be 10-7 since we're in Manila but they suddenly expected us to support at a later time thus making them unhappy with Manila people. They can expect that if it was properly communicated in the interview

My team encourages me to work less actually since I've been OT for the past couple of weeks. However, I prefer to accomplish every deliverable that I have for the day so I tend to take up more hours.

8 hours but very flexible. Some days are heavier than others depending on the project.

I work 10-7 but there is no strict time in and time out system like many traditional companies. I would say its really output based so if you can manage your tasks properly you could even end earlier. At the end of the day what they check is your output.

I work on flexible hours meaning I can check in and out whenever I want but also considering what meetings I have for the day.

Although we do have a standard number of hours we have to clock in every week, we don't have set start, end, and break times - that gives us the freedom to work around our personal schedules and preferences, which is especially beneficial with a WFH setup.

My work hours is actually very flexible. I often am available the entire day since there is a pandemic and everything that needs to be done can be done remotely, work-wise and in the educational aspect. If there are times that I need to take a break or file a leave for some errands and other responsibilities, this company is flexible. They put more importance in the quality of work and getting the work done on time rather than looking into how long employees work.
