Training could be better. It does get hard when you have to learn things on your own. Having a good base knowledge to work with would be great

Learning platform was okay. I learned more during informal trainings and doing things on my own because the time zone of my team was hours before I started my shift.

In my case, I feel like I was not trained properly because my buddy and I had our training in an online setup. If we were to have it in a face-to-face setup then I would probably feel more prepared by then.
