About Emma - The Sleep Company

Your responsibilities

  • You will directly manage and operate Emma's e-commerce platform in China, where you will be responsible for executing the platform's core business and building marketing and growth strategies.
  • You will improve Emma's visibility on China's e-commerce platforms, maintain the brand image, and build excellent search rankings.
  • You need to constantly analyze the platform data in depth, constantly revise and optimize the methods and strategic directions while operating, and make specific recommendations based on data and market changes to help Emma proliferate.
  • You will work closely with Emma's logistics, customer service, warehousing, and production lines in China to integrate and create a high-quality shopping experience and maintain the stability of incoming and outgoing goods.

About you

  • Amenable to starting on December 4, 2023.
  • Full professional proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Can commit for at least five (5) months.
  • Report onsite in BGC twice a week and three (3) days WFH set-up.
  • Working hours of 6-8 hours per day.
