Your role

• You will support in launching Emma's global News hub by taking the lead in writing and producing news content that interests and inspires our employees
• You will collect, assess, and analyze feedback given on our Knowledge Management platform and use data to drive its development forward
• You will work closely with other P&O sub-teams (Organizational Development, People Development, HR Operations) across the globe and together you ensure a good people experience for all Emmies.
• You will help with ongoing collaborations with several teams outside of P&O to assess and produce creative solutions and build up resource toolboxes that will address their knowledge gaps and improve performance and efficiency
• You will have the chance to lead the conception and execution of your own knowledge-related project streams that will push the Knowledge-sharing culture forward
