Responsibilities

  • You will research in-depth business process and customer account issues with the objective of reaching resolutions that meet or exceed objectives.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the accounts receivable ledger and collections, resolving customer billing problems, and ensuring any aged debtors are followed up in a timely manner.
  • You will ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting entries by performing reconciliation of customer invoices between the source and accounting system.
  • You will handle other responsibilities deemed necessary by the team.

Qualifications

  • You are currently studying or completing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are knowledgeable in MS Office.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • You are strongly affine to critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving, and result-orientation.
