Your role
- Remotely diagnose issues caused by the operating system, IIS, network, database, computer hardware, antivirus, firewalls, etc. using VPN or remote desktop applications.
- Provide quick and accurate solutions to software support issues.
- Perform as the final partner concern point for software support and accounting-related issues and report on all customer concerns to engineering.
- Determine whether support issues require escalation or review by the development group if issues are found with functionality within our product.
- Participate in beta testing of new software products and features and serve as the Engineering Department's main point of contact.

About you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and Computer Engineering.
- Basic knowledge of configuration and setup for Microsoft IIS Web Server.
- Solid grasp of Linux, Linux VMs, Microsoft SQL Server, and how to run scripts.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and network troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, web-based enterprise software support, Internet software, e-mail, Windows 95, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows ME, Windows XP, Vista, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Lite.
