Sales Officer Development Program (Start ASAP)

Salary range indicated is annually guaranteed for up to the 15th month. Fresh graduates are expected to earn a minimum of 30,000 monthly!

What being in the program will entail: 

Contribute to the overall sales acquisition and customer service strategy of the store focused on the acquisition of new bank clients by selling all deposit products, bancassurance products, and other services to increase the product-to-client ratio of the bank. 

Perform proper identification of clients in adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures and external regulatory requirements. 

Ensure completeness of all documentary requirements for all account openings and updating 

Candidate Requirements: 

• Bachelor's Degree holder, any course 
• With or without banking experience and has a strong interest in sales. 
• Excellent marketing and interpersonal skills 
• Results-driven, self-driven, and highly motivated
