Your role & responsibilities

  • Implementation of new accounts as well as creation of customer-related documentation (ASF).
  • Maintaining and updating internal documentation used in the team.
  • Maintaining and handling CR&DQ department systems.
  • Learn and understand the underlying processes and tools.
  • Communication with the Account Owners and globally located departments regarding the implemented accounts.
  • Proposing improvements/optimizations of performed processes and their implementation once agreed with the supervisor.
  • Compliance with internal regulations, procedures, laws, and manager's orders, including labor regulations, regulations on remuneration, and other internal regulations in the company.

About you

  • University graduate (transportation studies are preferable) or trained Forwarder - preferred.
  • English language at least at a B2 level.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel plus one additional technology for report implementation.
  • Junior Analyst or reporting experience in the transport industry preferred.
  • Professional skills development by participation in training and constant self-education.
