Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Perform research, data analysis, and modeling to solve complex business problems.
• Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications.
• Engage in data analysis, facilitation, design, architecture, team activation, and metrics development.
• Work within the Workforce Transformation team to deliver solutions for clients' workforce and workplace success.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• Availability to start in May 2025 for a minimum of 10 weeks.
• Pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Management, or related fields.
• Strong executive presence and ability to interact with senior executives.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and accountability.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and comfort with numbers.
• Passion for consulting and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in verbal and written English.
