Your Role:

• Engage in regional projects across SEA, performing research, data analysis, and modeling. 
• Facilitate strategic discussions and design human-centered initiatives. 
• Develop organizational structures and metrics for workforce effectiveness. 
• Collaborate with teams to foster innovative work cultures.

About You:

Candidates should: 

• Be available to start in February 2025. 
• Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, or related fields. 
• Excel in problem-solving and thrive in fast-paced environments. 
• Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills.
