Your role

• Advising clients and executives with their risk models, risk strategy, compliance, and regulatory strategies, market entry and feasibility assessment, financial crime, and AML compliance.
• Assisting and leading risk model review, validation, or framework development engagements based on Basel I, II, and III, IFRS 9 Financial Instruments, and other mandates of regulatory institutions. Depending on the requirements, you will work on quantitative and qualitative analysis where you’ll be applying different concepts of econometrics and statistics. Extracting, transforming, and cleansing the data is required for modeling and reporting. 
• Providing support to financial audits for derivatives pricing model development and validation for banks and financial institutions.
• Deliver market feasibility assessment and recommendations in terms of compliance and licensing for traditional banks, digital banks, and financial and non-financial institutions that are planning to enter the market and/or industry. 
• Examine and analyze the regulatory compliances, controls, and infrastructure of banks and fintech companies with various regulations: IFRS, AML/CFT, BSP, ISO, etc. You’ll be providing recommendations to address any findings found and to improve the bank’s compliance position. 
• Assist managers in the business development and product marketing initiatives
• Conduct extensive research and develop point-of-views and insights on market, industry, and emerging technology trends such as digital banking, blockchain, cryptocurrency, fintech, etc.

Compensation & benefits

• Prosple salary estimate is Php 20,000 to 30,000
