Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Participate in Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program with a personal coach.
- Undergo a 2-week intensive bootcamp for skill development.
- Engage in regional projects across SEA.
- Develop core consulting skills and business acumen.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and modeling for business solutions.
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications.
- Lead or manage change within complex organizations.
- Develop change management strategies and manage risks.
- Collaborate with project and client teams.
- Support organizational and change initiatives.
- Facilitate client workshops.
- Assist in financial administration of engagements.
About You:
Candidates should:
- Be available to start in February 2025.
- Hold a degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology, or equivalent.
- Possess knowledge of change management methodologies.
- Have strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication skills.
- Be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
