Your Role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Assist clients in registering, dissolving, or restructuring legal entities in the country.
- Provide tax and legal advice, and engage with government officers on client-related issues.
- Prepare legal documents such as letters, protests, and memoranda.
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communicate complex legal concepts to clients of various nationalities.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- A law degree or be a 4th-year law student.
- A legal background in Tax or Corporate Law is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments concurrently.
- Willingness to liaise with government agencies.
