Your role
- To manage end-to-end recruitment administration tasks
- Working with the internal Talent Acquisition Team to understand their requirements across different levels of hiring for the firm.
- Good reporting and administration skills
- Organizing and conducting candidate interviews, reference checks, offer to process, and maintaining contact with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Demonstrating a full understanding of, and responding to the needs of prospective candidates.
Training, development & rotations
- The Deloitte Academy specializes in corporate business training designed for specific customer needs.
- Training topics include risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting and finance, soft skills, and industry-specific training.
- The courses are designed for professionals interested in acquiring hands-on learning experience through facilitated discussions, business games, and simulations.
- The Academy training is delivered by subject-matter experts who bring practical insights from real-world audit management and implementation of major transformation projects.

About you
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- Experience in Administration and Coordination experience within the Talent Acquisition Function will be a bonus.
- Able to work in a fast phased and high-volume environment.
- Familiar with utilizing applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates.
- Strong analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, and able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
- A team player and one with a good sense of humor.
