Your role

• Work with high-growth clients and other market leaders in industries such as property development and management, financial services and insurance, telecommunications, retail, consumer products, media & entertainment, and life sciences;
• Work as part of the engagement teams in the development of efficiency and cost-effectiveness out of the overall compliance landscape and the underlying Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) risk management including ESG reporting, risk assessment activities, risk transformation, ongoing governance, and monitoring activities;
• Provide services on assurance of ESG disclosure and sustainable financial measures;
• Guide the teams in developing the tailored scope of services to clients based on an understanding of clients’ operations;
• Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers; gain acceptance on a wide variety of issues impacting the client;
• Utilize technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance service standards; leverage ideas from other project engagements to enhance knowledge and create efficiencies;
• Bring potential opportunities to the teams' attention; seek, develop and present ideas to apply Deloitte's services.

Training, development & rotations

• The Deloitte Academy specializes in corporate business training designed for specific customer needs.
• Training topics include risk management, internal control, internal audit, accounting and finance, soft skills, and industry-specific training.
• The courses are designed for professionals interested in acquiring hands-on learning experience through facilitated discussions, business games, and simulations.
• The Academy training is delivered by subject-matter experts who bring practical insights from real-world audit management and implementation of major transformation projects.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or similar fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• CPA license for Accountancy students.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

• Strong computer skills in MS office applications
