Your role
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Meralco Pole Rental Billing and Request for Payment:
- Update and check billing in monitoring to avoid double billing.
- Prepare Request for Payment (RFP) forms.
- Subject to approval by the immediate head before uploading in Adobe Sign.
- Endorse signed documents to the finance team after approval.
- Send proof of payment to Meralco and update payment monitoring.
- RTA Submission for Electric Cooperatives:
- Prepare a Letter of Intent for RTA applications.
- Manage RTAs, plans, and designs from engineering to signing RTA forms.
- Encode/update all applied RTAs and NTPs for Electric Cooperatives.
- Consolidate RTAs and NTPs files for future purposes.
- Pole Rental Billing and Payment for Electric Cooperatives:
- Confirm/verify SOA with the engineer.
- Prepare RFP forms and upload them to Adobe Sign with prior approval.
- Endorse signed RFP to finance.
- Send proof of payment to Electric Cooperatives.
- File the Official Receipt and send it back to the Finance Team for reference.
- Pole Rental Billing of Private Pole Owner:
- Check and update the main monitoring for Private Pole Owner Billing.
- Prepare RFP forms and upload them to Adobe Sign with prior approval.
- Endorse signed RFP to finance.
- Deposit payment to the Bank of the Private Pole Owner.
- Send proof of payment to the Private Pole Owner.
- File the Official Receipt and send it back to the Finance Team for reference.
- Monitoring the Status of JPA Contracts of Electric Cooperatives:
- Renewal letter of expired JPA contracts.
- Documentation:
- Encode different areas of Meralco’s approved RTA of Converge.
- File confirmation letters or emails from contractors/engineering.
- File received Official Receipts from Pole Owners.

- 0-1 year of experience
- Graduate in any business course
- Computer literate
- Good communication skills in English (both written and oral)
