Your role

An Analyst is responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies and reports. 

  • Data gathering and research using primary and secondary methods which include fieldwork, mystery shopping, interviews, credible websites, and vetting information, among others.
  • Responsible for the management and regular update of databases.
  • Analyze patterns and trends in the market using quantitative and qualitative approaches
  • Assist in the preparation of reports such as macroeconomic analysis, market study, and other related reports.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time

About you

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Real Estate Management or a related field
  • 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in the market research field, consultancy work, or as a real estate developer
  • Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Knowledgeable in other relevant applications such as Power BI, GIS, and AutoCAD as an advantage but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrates strong analytical, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to understand and interpret data
  • Must be well informed of the latest news and current event
