Your role

The Junior Database Officer will be responsible for gathering information and maintaining of database for listings and local research publications and internal use of the company. 

• Support the office services team in preparing presentations for clients.
• Supports the head of the market analyst team in preparing research publications about the local real estate office market
• Gather information and maintain databases for local research publications and internal use
• Produce high-quality research in a timely and effective manner for internal and external clients
• Conduct market interviews, and qualitative and quantitative research on the file when needed, including quarterly fieldwork.
• Respond to queries of clients regarding the available office space listings.

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Graduate of Economics/Business Management or other related courses
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Familiarity and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Preferably with a working knowledge of data and statistical software packages
