Your role & responsibilities
Demonstrate ability to satisfy customer needs (good understanding and active listening capabilities knows how to probe to get relevant information)
Comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
Ability to learn retain and apply large amounts of product procedure policy and system information
Demonstrate interpersonal skills and is able to provide empathy for the User’s Situation

Provide customer and technical support to customers through inbound phone chat and email requests
Independently identify and troubleshoot documents categorize and replicate customer problems and then escalate complex problems according to defined escalation procedures

About you
Completed at least 2 years of College
Good written and oral communication skills
Preferably with knowledge of Google products
Basic knowledge of digital media and project management.
Openness to work flexible hours as required (may include evenings weekends and/or holidays)
Willing to work on a shifting schedule in Taguig and Quezon City once deemed necessary
