Data Integration Analyst Officer (Rolling Intake)

Your role

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings.
• Gathers and communicates project status, including any potential risks and issues that need escalation or change to project leads.
• Analyzes information to develop content and design presentation materials for Governance forums.
• Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program/project, and associated dependencies. Allocate/coordinate work within a team or project group.
• Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines, or processes.
• Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments and serves as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes.
• Conducts analysis that contributes to work streams focusing on a broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance, and taxonomy.
• Research business requirements, and maps current and future state processes.
• Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

About you

Must be: 

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.

As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of industry practice and standards.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible, team-oriented, and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
