Your Role:
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Activate and maintain credit obligors in the system.
- Prepare credit approval documents based on provided data.
- Input and maintain approved credit facilities.
- Ensure compliance with credit policies.
- Review and rectify data exceptions and perform month-end adjustments.
- Report on expiring and expired credit approvals.
- Investigate and resolve standard exceptions.
- Liaise with relevant parties to clear exceptions.
- Represent the country in service quality calls.
- Perform administrative functions related to work requests.
- Maintain excellent service quality and ensure audit compliance.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in credit operations or a similar position.
- Proficient computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
