Your role and responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for external client inquiries, requests, and ad hoc activities
• Generate high-quality project management reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
• Provide Project Financial Management support e.g. Reporting and Analysis, Monthly Closing/Accruals/Recon, etc.
• Provide PMO support e.g. Financial Reporting, Financial report extracts, Quality of Data/Report, etc.
• Prepare administrative reports and perform other functions as may be required by the client
• Initiate improvements and share best practices
• Perform other functions as may be required by the Operational Lead/ Manager.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or accounting
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and keen attention to details
• Action-oriented and able to assume ownership of requests/problems
• Customer-oriented (Know your customers well; add value with a level of urgency)
• Must have basic to advanced knowledge of MS Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Amenable to flexible shifts as the need arises (mid-shift or night shift).
