Training Crew Planner (Rolling Intake)

Join Cebu Pacific as a Training Crew Planner, ensuring pilot training aligns with standards and operational needs.

Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Plan and implement training programs for new and upgraded pilots.
• Collaborate with the Crewing Department on training requirements and disruptions.
• Ensure completion of required training for each pilot.
• Review and submit training documents to the Crew Records Unit on time.
• Coordinate logistical needs for ground school training.
• Assist Ground School Instructors as needed.
• Submit monthly training schedules to CAAP.
• Coordinate with CAAP for Check Pilot/Inspector training requirements.

About You

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a degree in any 4-year course.
• Is knowledgeable in MS Office programs.
• Has experience in stakeholder management.
