Your Role:

Key responsibilities as follows: 

  • Collaborate with Talent Management Partners and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements. 
  • Manage and optimize job postings on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. 
  • Develop a robust talent pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies. 
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Evaluate candidates' qualifications to align with job requirements and organizational needs. 
  • Extend job offers and negotiate terms, ensuring alignment with company policies. 
  • Maintain professional communication with candidates and Hiring Managers, providing consistent feedback. 
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure seamless integration. 
  • Create and present reports on talent acquisition metrics and recruitment trends. 
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by addressing concerns and providing timely updates.

About You:

The ideal candidate should have: 

  • A college degree in an HR-related course or equivalent. 
  • Preferably internship experience in behavioral/competency-based interviews and using an ATS. 
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision. 
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, agile environment. 
  • Attention to detail and adherence to timelines. 
  • Ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
