Your Role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Assist in daily activities within assigned departments.
• Actively support projects related to digital transformation or process improvement.
• Participate in organization-wide engagement activities.
• Deliver reports and presentations within agreed timelines.
• Engage in regular developmental conversations with mentors.
• Uphold Cebu Pacific's values and maintain professionalism.

About You

Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a Philippine-based college or university, in junior or senior year.
• Required to complete at least 300 hours or 2 months of internship or participate voluntarily.
• Proficient in MS Office and multimedia applications like Adobe and Canva.
• Possess technical skills in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Effective communicators and team players in a fast-paced environment.
• Active in student organizations or councils.
• Maintain a good academic record.
