Your responsibilities
Review audit reports on the areas/departments/sections audited for approval by the Director of Quality Assurance Operations.
Monitor the performance and competency of the Quality Assurance Operations’ Auditor
Provide inputs for the improvement of policies and procedures in the Quality Management System Manual.
Ensure that the information and data incorporated in e-Special Comprehensive Orientation Program for Employees (e-SCOPE) regarding Cebu Pacific’s Quality Management System is up to date.
Manage the conduct of briefings/orientations regarding the Quality Management System, Documentation, and/or Root Cause Analysis upon request.
Represent Quality Assurance Operations during inter-departmental meetings where changes and/or creation of a policy, procedure, and/or process shall be discussed and/or formulated as assigned by the Director of Quality Assurance Operations.
In the absence of the Director of Quality Assurance Operations, act as the Section Head and ensure that the day-to-day operational requirements are appropriately provided and managed.
Conduct Internal Quality Audits according to the Approved Quality Audit Plan to ensure compliance/conformity to Civil Aviation Regulations, IOSA standards, Company policies, and procedures.
Training & development
Cebu Pacific Air launched a training program for new pilots to secure requirements for its expanding fleet while broadening the pool of potential candidates by initially shouldering traditionally high tuition fees. Candidates will be carefully screened and will undergo a 56-week training program, after which they will become Cebu Pacific's first officers flying domestic and international routes.
