Your role
Cebu Pacific Air is looking for a Junior Risk Management Analyst who will handle the following primary responsibilities:
- Maintain and update database of all transactions reported as confirmed fraud.
- Maintain a database of all transactions screened through the fraud tool.
- Perform validation of the system's voiding procedure of rejected bookings.
- Tag bookings as accepted in Sky speed after review of the booking by the Risk Management team.
- Answer queries of front liners regarding bookings still under review. Update database for credit card verification and fraud related details. Send Under collection report to stations.
About you
Successful candidate possesses below qualification:
- Graduate of any 4-Year related to Business Administration/Accountancy or equivalent
