Your responsibilities

• Proper documentation of CAAP requests for Import and Export certificates.
• Ensure that all documents received from Declarant are all correct.
• Proper documentation of request letter of exemption for DOF.
• Filing of application of exemption at DOF.
• Filing of a request for Import and Export certification at the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines.
• In charge of lodging at Philippine National Single Window.
• Prepare cash advances and liquidation in a given time.
• Prepare customs entry and other documents required in filing to the Bureau of Customs.
• Coordinate with the Customs Representative as to some documentary requirements.
• Prepare delivery receipts of all released shipments to the Bureau.
• Prepare required documents in filing for tax exemption to the Department of Finance.
• File folders in the cabinet in sequence numbers and assist in the location and retrieval record.
